Adidas Outdoor and Nina Williams Will Help You Climb to New Heights

" My Adidas w alk through concert doors, an d roam all over coliseum floors ."  My adidas Outdoor sneakers*, on the other foot, have helped me traverse through the flora and fauna in El Yunque National Forest in Puerto Rico; hike to the steep (almost) summit of Mount Beacon in Beacon, New York; and most recently gave me the stamina to complete a two-hour climb up and down Camelback Mountain in Phoenix, Arizona. Whew, that was a doozy! Me and my hubby, climbing Camelback Mountain in Phoenix./ESW Believe me, I couldn't have done any of these hikes without my trusty  adidas Terrex Tracerocker W , trail shoes for fast and light hiking.   The sneaker features include: Mesh and synthetic materials in upper for light weight and outdoor durability Comfortable textile lining Lightweight EVA midsole for long-term cushioning TRAXION™ outsole for optimal grip in all directions Superhigh-traction rubber outsole for optimal grip Professional rock climber Nin...

Rockport Shoes for Fall, Feel the Difference

We hate to sound like a broken record, but we love comfort shoes.  And Rockport is one of the best brands for comfort and style.  Just in time for back to school (even though our school days are behind us), we were sent a pair of Rockport's XCS Rock On Air Laceup, and we've been wearing them all around New York City and on a recent trip to Baltimore's Inner Harbor. Feel the Rockport differenc e.  The lightweight sneakers are fashion forward with a subtle Zebra embossed print, and they're so comfy they live up to their name. You'll feel like you're walking on air.  And get this, the leather is machine washable.  About Rockport comfort shoes: You may be familiar with the brand and what they're known for, but what you may not know is the awesome technology behind every pair. Whether walking shoes or 3" + high heels, every style is engineered from the inside out with amazing technology to provide you with all day comfort. ADIPRENE by adi...

Get Fit with Payless' Champion Stride Sneakers

I work out and watch what I eat.  But I still need all the help I can get to stay in shape and own several fitness shoes that promise to tone your legs, boost your booty, and stimulate weight loss -- including Skechers Shape-Ups , Fit-Flop knockoffs, and Earth Shoes . So when Payless sent me a pair of their Champion Stride Fitness Athletic sneakers , I was eager to give them a test drive. Payless Stride image from Payless The Stride looks similar to Reebok EasyTone sneakers and boasts similar benefits.  Two curved pods that transfer air between the heel and forefoot encourage muscle toning and provide cushion with every step.  The shoes are made with breathable mesh and durable rubber. I've worn my Stride sneakers for two weeks. I can't tell if they've made my calves or glutes tauter, but they're cuter than the clunky Skechers Shape-Ups and extremely comfortable.  For $29.99, they're a much better deal than Reebok EasyTone sneakers, which retail for $100...
