Daily sunscreen helps skin stay young, even over 40

We already know that wearing sunscreen daily in the warm weather helps us avoid the risks of skin cancer . Now there's another good reason to wear sunscreen every day, particularly for those of us who are either approaching or firmly planted in middle age.  New research from Australia shows that using sunscreen daily can help your skin look younger longer. According to WebMD, the four year study by Queensland Institute of Medical Research at Royal Brisbane Hospital, showed a significant reduction in the skin's aging process among women and men under age 55.
